Refunds of Digital/Subscription-Based Goods

At Customeer Connect, we value our customers and aim to ensure satisfaction with our products and services. To be eligible for a refund on any digital or subscription-based goods, the following steps must be taken:

Eligibility for Refunds:

  1. Written Request: Refunds must be requested in writing by contacting our support team at

  1. Timeframe: The request for a refund must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date.

  1. Early Cancellation: If the customer decides to cancel the subscription within 2-3 days after the purchase, a refund is possible upon raising the request to [email protected].

  1. Late Cancellation: If the customer decides to cancel the subscription after 2-3 days, we may or may not approve the refund. In this case, the customer can continue to use our platform until the end of the billing period.

Refund Process:

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 7-14 business days from the date of approval.

Payment Method: The refund will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. You will receive the funds back on your original payment method.
